Hillary Clinton next President of World Bank

According to sources familiar with Hillary, as quoted by the Straits Times, Friday (10/6/2011), she has said publicly that Clinton does not plan to stay in the State Department for more than four years.
Former first lady ever to compete politically with President Barack Obama has become one of the most influential members of her cabinet quickly after she began her term in the United States (U.S.) in early 2009.
The sources said if Clinton had expressed interest in becoming president of the World Bank which is currently held by Robert Zoellick, who will end her term in mid-2012.
"Hillary Clinton wants the job," said one source who knew the wife of Bill Clinton this.
The second source also said that if Clinton wanted the position. Meanwhile, other sources said Obama had expressed support for a change role.
However, it is not clear whether Obama has formally approved the nomination of Hillary in office, which will require the approval of 187 World Bank member countries.
